Context:
The meeting opened with welcome remarks and a briefing on the SIA Unit’s role in ensuring objective, participatory social impact studies. The main agenda item was the 3rd Draft SIA Report for land acquisition related to the 6-lane Approach Road from NH-02 to the New Terminal Building, Imphal International Airport.
